Heavy rainfall hits China's island province again

A raft floats in flood in Qionghai City, south China's Hainan Province, Oct. 16, 2010. Affected by heavy rainfall, the water level of the Wanquan River in Qionghai has risen above the alert line. Residents living at the lower reaches were being relocated to safe place.
