'Until death do us part;' rain a different story

Oct. 6 was a good day on the Chinese traditional lunar calendar, so many new couples chose the day to hold their wedding ceremony. However, that day brought not only happiness for new couples, but also a heavy rainstorm the likes of which have not been seen for 49 years in Qionghai, Hainan Province.

However, just like what it says in the Bible "Until death do us part," or course no great rain could stop new couples from getting together.

Take for instance one bridegroom who used a bulldozer to pick up his wife in spite of the rainstorm, according to a website.
