Fourteen stars from different African countries gathered in one house a few months ago to be a part of the Big Brother Africa All Stars reality show. Today, after much drama, twists and turns, only five of them are left to battle for the $200,000 prize money.
The past 90 days have been exciting, not only for the contestants, but also for viewers who have gone a long way to make the show interesting by keeping their favourite housemates in the house through their votes.
The housemates, for these past months, have virtually seen it all. There have been fights – plenty of fighting. There has been romance. Oh yes, this even led to the big-time romance that saw two housemates getting engaged in the process. There has also been ill health, as one housemate had to leave because he was down.
But Munya, Uti, Mwisho, Lerato and Sheila scaled all the hurdles and stand till the last day.
But then, only one winner will emerge by Sunday (tomorrow). Who will it be? The question is definitely not far from the minds of these contestants, who simply can’t wait for the curtain to draw tomorrow.
