David Beckham slur tart Irma Nici sues him over 'free speech'

David Beckham is being sued by the vice girl he says is out to destroy his reputation.
Shamed Irma Nici has hit back at Becks’ attempts to take legal action against her after she claimed in a US magazine he’d paid her $5,000 for a threesome in 2007.
She has accused Becks – who insists her claims are utterly untrue – of breaking the US constitution.She made her claims in InTouch mag last week… but without
evidence to back them up.
Furious Beckham immediately issued £16million writs and hired ex-SAS men to track Nici down to a New York hotel.
But rather than ­apologise Bosnian-born Nici, 26, has accused LA Galaxy Becks of stifling free speech and issued a counter-suit of her own in the Los Angeles ­Superior Court.
Her lawyer Paul Rolf Jenson said: “California law does not allow public figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech. Maybe he didn’t live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here consider our rights to tell the truth in print.”
