Call him whatever you like, but you cannot take away the fact that Tuface Idibia is a talented musician, who has done his country proud. He has come out with several hit that have made him one of the highest rated singers in Nigeria and Africa.
But when it comes to the home front, a lot of people might say the singer is yet to get his acts together.
There was a time the musician’s stories and his women, who are the mothers of his children, made headlines daily.
Now, Idibia and the women in his life are at it again – making unsavoury headlines.
It was alleged that Pero, one of the mothers of his children, caused a spectacle during Tuface’s live concert held in Lagos recently when she had a face off with Annie, another of Tuface’s women.
And just a few days ago, the same Pero, as was alleged by eyewitnesses, caused a scene at the Murtala Mohammed Airport II, Lagos, when she grabbed Tuface by his shirt, insisting the guy wasn’t going to board the plane.
Life and Beat gathered that Tubaba, who was on his way to Abuja for a concert, was so embarrassed but was saved when the security officials intervened and took both of them inside an office.
To verify the stories, Life and Beat called Pero’s phone line, but it didn’t go through.
A source close to her said she just travelled outside the country.
Life and Beat called Bayo Omisore, Tuface’s publicist for clarifications, but he said, “No comments. You don’t expect me to say anything on that story.”
