Tokoya says IBB is a threat to credible election

Chief Yomi Tokoya, the governorship aspirant from All Nigeria Peoples Party in Lagos State said that Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (Retd.) is a treat to a credible election in the forthcoming 2011 election.
