NOTICE TO GRADUANDS
All Graduands are expected to pay a refundable deposit of N500 to their respective Faculty Officers for the academic outfits. Academic outfits, Order of Proceedings, Invitation cards and other instructions will be issued to Graduands on arrival at their respective Faculties (Diplomas and First Degrees) and the Postgraduate School (Higher Degrees) on the presentation of receipts showing the stipulated payments.
Please note that the University of Ibadan Alumni Association (UIAA) fee of N1,000.00 should be paid by each Graduand to the Alumni Office Staff.
All Graduands must pay all the levies: Graduation outfit deposit and UIAA membership levy. Certificates shall not be released until all the levies have been paid and academic outfit returned in good condition.
COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO OPERATORS
The taking of photographs or unauthorized movement inside Trenchard Hall will not be allowed. Any Graduand who leaves before or during the Ceremony will not be allowed to return to the hall.
Commercial Photographers/Video Operators will be charged N500 only for the period. Payments should be made to the Bursary (Cash Office) and receipts presented to the Security Officer for accreditation.
Commercial Photographers/Video Operators WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO TRENCHARD HALL AND ITS PREMISES.
