Funke Kuti regains her groove

Months after FunkKute i, the estranged wife of Afrobeat star, Femi Kuti, suffered harassment in the hands of officials of the Farida Waziri led anti -corruption agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, she has put the ugly incident behind her and hastened onto something new.

Those who are conversant with the saga will recollect that Funke who is also the daughter of Senator Braimoh Yusuf, was reportedly whisked away from her Lagos home by EFCC officials to their Abuja office where she was interrogated about a complaint lodged by an aggrieved supposed winner of the National Sports Lottery where Funke is the Group Head, Corporate Social Responsibility and Reputation Management.

In fact, those who have seen the mother of one in recent times swear she is looking better than she ever did. Sighted in elitist hangouts in town, there is no doubt that she is having the best of times.

Frequently sought after by members of the opposite sex, it is not clear if Funke will give marriage another shot despite the talks of a new lover somewhere.
